Cykl PFFF w kinie Wisła jest wspierany przez Centrum Języka Polskiego i Kultury Polskiej dla Cudzoziemców POLONICUM Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego oraz szkołę językową Klub Dialogu.

Wykładowcy POLONICUM na co dzień prowadzą wykłady oraz kursy języka polskiego i kultury polskiej, a także zajmują się pracą badawczą. Klucz do repertuaru prezentowanego w ramach PFFF stanowią pozytywne recenzje krytyków filmowych, nagrody zdobyte na festiwalach czy status „filmu kultowego” w oczach Polaków.

PFFF is supported by the POLONICUM University of Warsaw, Centre of Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners. Lecturers from the POLONICUM on a daily basis give lectures, conduct Polish language and culture courses and do research work. The movies presented as a part of a series are selected on the basis of positive reviews of the movies and awards granted at film festivals. Some of presented movies are classic, considered by Poles as a “cult movies".

Czwórka uzależnionych krzyżowo anonimowych alkoholików, żeby uratować swój ośrodek terapeutyczny, podejmuje się przeszmuglowania przez całą Polskę dwóch cystern spirytusu. Dla własnego bezpieczeństwa porywają w podróż swojego terapeutę. Podróż okazuje się jednak bardziej niebezpieczna niż się spodziewali, bo w ślad za nimi – a raczej za nielegalnym alkoholem, który przewożą – podąża również celniczka, która nie do końca jest tym, za kogo się podaje. Od tej pory wszystko się komplikuje. Czy Leszkowi, Wioli, Dominikowi, Karolinie i Wojtkowi uda się zakończyć misję, ale też nie ulec słabościom i nie przerwać terapii?

Po seansie zapraszamy na dyskusję, którą poprowadzą wykładowcy Polonicum UW.

In order to save their therapeutic center, four cross-addicted anonymous alcoholics undertake to smuggle two tankers of spirit across Poland. For their own safety, they kidnap their therapist on the trip. However, the journey turns out to be more dangerous than they expected, because following them - or rather the illegal alcohol they are transporting - is also followed by a customs officer who is not entirely who she says she is. From then on, everything gets complicated. Will Leszek, Wiola, Dominik, Karolina and Wojtek manage to complete the mission, but also not succumb to weakness and interrupt the therapy? "Team AA" is a story about mutual support, thanks to which you can overcome your own weaknesses. And also about how important good goals in life ar for this victory. But no one said it would be easy - especially when temptation is so close.
