The story takes place in the year 2093, in a fictional country called Umata, where after a great war, technology has been banned or strictly limited, and the former kingdoms have been reborn in a new form.

The main character is a young filmmaker named Kuve, who arrives in Umata to document the consequences of the war without using artificial intelligence (AI) — “only with his hands, eyes, and heart.” The film moves between documentary style, improvisation, and futuristic vision, emphasizing the contrast between technology and humanity.
